Need solution for logging to customised tables using JDBCAppender

Hi,

I would like to use JDBCAppender to log information into tables defined by me, I mean logging information's specific to the project, the tables would have fields defined by me. Is it possible for me to use JDBCAppender for the same. I was thinking of using DBAppender which only allows to log info to 3 pre-defined tables, which wouldn't serve my purpose.
